Meetings are typically conducted twice yearly (May/November), rotating the locations among the member’s main centres as arranged by the Coordinating Chairperson.

Meetings sessions are scheduled as required by the business at hand. These sessions can, at the Chairperson’s discretion, include visits by industry stakeholders or officials, in order to discuss some specific project or issue.

Meetings of subcommittees and working groups (which may include industry representatives as appropriate) are held at other times to meet agreed project timelines established by ERAC.
